You are all so awesome! I thank God for everyone who has encouraged me in my quest for better health! I am home from South Africa and I have to say, if not for this challenge and the support from each of you, I would not have survived our travels to South Africa! I felt so fit for the trip as I carried my backpack, that had to weigh at least 30 pounds! I hit the ground running as we ministered to so many precious folks, and I have you to thank for it!!
